Mr Pelosi , to me is an angel sent from heaven. He was so pleasant, compassionate and kind. He outdid himself and his workmanship was super & beyond anything I have experienced with other contractors. He's also known as Randy.

cleaning was set up - workman found and showed pictures of needed repair. repair was done in a quick and timely manner. did crack repair and cap.

Arrived on time. Cleaned out chimney. Inspected old chimney. Suggested cap to be put on the top and repaired crack in the cement.

Two men arrived at 8:00 am. Both men were polite, started work immediately. Showed me pictures of problems on the roof of the chimney. Explained how it was to be fixed and fixed it.

Cleaned oil flu. Vacuumed soot from furnace pipe and cleaned all soot. Technicians was on time. Very knowledgeable. Showed pictures of the inside of the chimney where internal issues existed and described possible corrections. Tech will send an estimate for said corrections.

WENT VERY WELL. GUYS WERE CLEAN, POLITE * PROFESSIONAL. CLEANED CHIMNEY AND PROVIDED ESTIMATE TO FIX CHIMNEY. GAVE THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF PROBLEM AND DETAILED EXPLANATION OF HOW THEY WOULD FIX IT.

JIMMY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. KEPT THE AREAS CLEAN, DID A GREAT JOB WITH OTHER CHIMNEY RECOMMENDATIONS.
