Their understanding of our often times complex needs has been a big help when dealing with them.

They do everything from our masonry chimney brick repair work to our annual cleanings for all of our properties.

The Service that Randy and CJ provided far exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a chimney cleaning at a discounted rate and ended up with services that saved us thousands down the road. Everything they recommended was also recommended, by our home inspector, years before, but we didn’t have the money to do back then and sort of forgot about it all. The solutions provided were far cheaper than previous quotes. And, more importantly, CJ and Randy were awesome. They took time to explain things, were very polite and worked so hard in the 90 degree weather, without any complaints.

I actually saw a few of their vans around my neighborhood in Branford. I called the number because I believed I needed a thorough cleaning of my chimney. I called the 844-836-8464 number and spoke with a very nice woman who gave me a great deal to have my fireplace and heating flue cleaned for $150. They came out promptly to my home and did an incredible job.

The two men were very polite and kind and took their time cleaning everything for me. When my son came by a few weeks later I had him go up there and check to make sure everything was done right, and he said they did a fantastic job. In response to this post I would like to be open-minded and let everyone know that all companies have some problems, but out of all the bad comments there are always many good ones that come also.

My experience with them was much different. About 3 weeks ago, I received a call from Interstate Ventilation telling me that they would clean my chimney for 59.95, and I set up an appointment. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way, and arrived on time. They were very knowledgable and performed the service as advertised. They advised me that I might want to consider a liner in the future (my house is 80 years old) and provided me with an estimate, but told me that it was ok for now and it was just something to consider down the line. All in all I was very satisfied and if I do decide to have a liner installed I won’t hesitate to have them do the work!
