HAD MY GAS FURNACE CLEANED

Had my gas furnace cleaned by Interstate Ventilation. There service was excellent, prompt, and very professional.

They did find a problem with my crown on the top of the fireplace where there were several cracks and water could come in. I did recently notice drops of water in my garage by the fireplace. They ever took pictures of the cracks to show the problem. They fixed it and re did the whole crown while here. Very releaved they spotted this and fixed it. Highly recommend their services.

EXPRESSION GREAT SATISFACTION

To whom it May Concern

This letter comes as a means of expressing my great satisfaction with your company and the employees who work for you. Recently I was called by your company secretary regarding a check for my chimney system; I was impressed with her friendly personality and decided to have the free inspection. I set the date and time, and as promised, I was called one-half hour before the men arrived. I hired the company after the inspection, and set up a date and time for the work to be done. Again, I was called one-half hour prior to the repair job. I really appreciated getting the "heads up" calls.

Today the job was completed and I must say I am exceptionally pleased with good quality work, dependability, and especially the quality of the employees. Each time I was called, I spoke with such personable and friendly ladies. The men Greg, Danny and Travis were the best ever. Each of them arrived as gentleman -- friendly, expceptionally courteous, concerned about cleanliness, and they definitly seemed knowledgeable about their work. Travis gave me an excellent description and drawing of just want was being done so I would understand the repairs for which I was paying. I have never worked with three nicer repair men!

I would definitely recommend the Interstate Ventilation Company to anyone in need of this type of repair work.

A THOROUGH ASSESSMENT

I am happy with my experience with Intrerstate Ventilation.A thorough assessment was made by the technician. He took the time to honestly explain to me the condition of my chimney and took pictures to demonstrate. My house was built in 1950, and the cap was missing and there was minimal "flashing" left around the chimney. He explained the risks, and also did not try to sell me a service I did not need. While the inside of my chimney is lined with clay, he said it was not in urgent need of updating, as the house was converted from oil to gas heat prior to my owning the house in 2002.

Repairs were made quickly and effectively.

Gregory was very knowledgeable and professional in making sure my needs were met. I appreciate him taking time to explain to me in details what he was doing to fix my problem with my chimney.

Gregory allowed me to see what was needed and how the stainless steel liner system was placed in the chimney. I was amazed on what had to be done and seeing it for myself was even better. Chimney Cleaning

I had my chimney cleaned over the years by several different companies. Some were good but not in business anymore. The company I used last year never showed up nor returned my phone calls. But then I saw Interstate's TV commercial and ave them a call. So glad I did! They were prompt, clean, professional and actually cleaned my chimney for the special price they quoted me over the phone! I couldn't be happier.

On Friday, October 10th, two workers for interstate Ventilation arrived at my home to look into my concerns about the chimney. After a brief introduction, the employees, Gregory and Daniel were busy investigating the situation. After approximately 20 minutes they explained to me what they found that was dangerous and potentially lethal showing me what they found on site and with pictures yaken during their investigation.

After listening and looking for myself I agreed with them and they proceeded fixing what was wrong.

These guys are awesome! With their knowledge of what needed to be done and their work ethic and workmanship I would recommend Gregory and Daniel from Interstate Ventilation in a heartbeat! They are that good and extremely courteous too!
