An agent of this company came to my home for a basic chimney cleaning and inspection. He extracted $3,200 cash from my husband, who is a senior citizen in very poor health, by telling him credit cards were not acceptable. He left behind an invoice with no itemized pricing and reference to two warranties that were not provided. After 10 days of calling 844-Venting, I have yet to receive a return call from anyone with any authority to investigate or resolve this situation. WARNING: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
